Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-ready solutions for global challenges
- Design and prototype next-generation systems using quantum computing and neuromorphic architectures
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for future-focused initiatives
- Create comprehensive roadmaps for technology adoption by 2026, including ethical frameworks
- Present innovations at global forums including the World Economic Forum and TED Summit
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technologies and future methodologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends requiring preemptive action
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years of applied research
- Expertise in quantum computing, advanced AI, or biotechnology implementation
- Published research in top-tier journals on future technology scenarios
- Experience leading projects with budgets exceeding $5M and international teams
- Deep understanding of UN Sustainable Development Goals and climate-tech integration
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures methodologies
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies within 5-year horizons
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
