Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive innovations
- Design scalable frameworks for integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Present visionary concepts to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term impact and ROI of innovation portfolios
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an ecosystem of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or technology foresight
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system architecture or innovation roadmap development
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
