Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in technology strategy with proven impact on 2020+ innovations
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience collaborating with UN, World Economic Forum, or similar global bodies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable technological solutions with 10+ year vision
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish (for global stakeholder engagement)
