Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy, identifying emerging trends with transformative potential
- Lead scenario planning and risk assessment for disruptive technologies including AI, biotech, and quantum systems
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with market evolution and societal needs
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen technology adoption and implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning company as innovation authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, and sustainable systems
- Proven track record of translating complex technological trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Strong public speaking and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism domains
