Responsibilities

- Produce quarterly trend briefs for C-suite executives on emerging disruptive forces
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 industry challenges
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and tech summits
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning methodologies
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic vectors shaping 2026 business landscapes
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech focus
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist analysis or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI ethics)
- Proficiency in futures research tools (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
