Responsibilities
- Design regenerative urban infrastructure systems integrating solar/wind energy and water recycling
- Lead carbon-neutral building certification processes for large-scale developments
- Develop circular economy frameworks for construction waste and material reuse
- Coordinate with municipal agencies to align projects with 2026 sustainability mandates
- Conduct lifecycle analysis using AI-driven environmental impact modeling tools
- Present infrastructure blueprints to stakeholders including investors and city councils
- Mentor junior architects on sustainable design principles and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or Sustainable Architecture
- 5+ years leading infrastructure projects with LEED Platinum certification
- Expertise in renewable energy integration and microgrid systems
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and environmental modeling software
- Experience with California's Title 24 and AB 32 regulatory frameworks
- Strong project management skills with $10M+ project portfolio
- Certified Passive House Designer (PHI) or equivalent credential
- Demonstrated success in securing green infrastructure funding
