Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in trend forecasting and scenario planning for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex futurist concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or similar credential
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (white papers, TED talks)
- Experience leading global teams in multi-industry innovation initiatives
