Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight models for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum, bio-convergence, neurotech)
- Produce executive-level trend reports and disruption risk assessments for board presentations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions using generative AI simulations
- Establish KPI frameworks to track technological adoption curves and market readiness metrics
- Represent the firm at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in industry journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, technology roadmapping)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI safety, or climate tech
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario modeling software
- Published work in futurist publications or patents in forward-looking tech domains
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to C-suite audiences with executive presence
