Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop integrated future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align futuristic vision with business objectives and resource allocation
- Establish innovation frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist team while fostering cross-disciplinary innovation
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, energy)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills with C-suite experience
- Published research or thought leadership in future studies or tech strategy
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams
