Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trajectories (AI, quantum, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients navigating exponential technological shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state technology adoption
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global tech foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with proven tech foresight experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, journals, keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption pathways
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
