As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global thought leaders to identify paradigm-shifting trends, develop actionable foresight frameworks, and position our organization as an industry disruptor. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion dollar decisions and define our competitive edge in the coming decade.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026+
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Present compelling future-state narratives to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and sociotechnological shifts
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technology ecosystems and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional scenario-planning and systems-thinking abilities
- Deep understanding of macroeconomic and geopolitical drivers
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on strategic transformation
- Presentation skills capable of influencing C-level audiences
