Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the design and execution of the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead research initiatives and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
- Code Review & Standards: Enforce high engineering standards, code quality, and best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead architecture or senior engineering role.
- AI Expertise: Deep technical expertise in machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and large language models (LLMs).
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and architect solutions that scale beyond current market needs.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
