- Manage a $2M innovation budget for prototyping future-facing solutions
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts using proprietary AI-driven foresight tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, tech consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of accurate predictions (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi method, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published author in Harvard Business Review, MIT Technology Review, or equivalent
