Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal shifts, and market trends to develop 2026-2030 strategic frameworks
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Lead scenario planning workshops for disruptive technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Produce forward-looking white papers and trend reports for stakeholder decision-making
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and think tanks to forecast industry evolution
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into scalable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, climate tech, neurotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals or platforms
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
