Responsibilities

- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Reports' with data-driven trend analysis and risk assessments
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-vision into R&D pipelines and innovation cycles
- Establish cross-industry think tanks with academic institutions and Fortune 500 partners
- Advise leadership on regulatory implications and ethical considerations of emerging technologies
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., CFPC)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term strategic implementations
