Responsibilities
- Forecast and map 2026+ technology/socioeconomic trends using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Design strategic frameworks for organizations navigating exponential change (AI, biotech, climate adaptation)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof roadmaps
- Develop and publish forward-looking thought leadership with industry partners
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with exponential potential
- Architect ethical governance models for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Advocate for inclusive innovation practices in future-shaping initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or technology innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis with publication record (whitepapers, journals)
- Mastery of horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant STEM field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives implemented
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
