Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Produce actionable whitepapers and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Design immersive future-state workshops for cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze geopolitical shifts, climate impacts, and demographic shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics, and trend extrapolation
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSF, APF) required
