Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic vision frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech convergence, autonomous systems)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario planning for global markets
- Mentor junior futurists and facilitate design thinking workshops
- Advise C-suite on technological disruption risks and opportunities
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong background in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation required
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 technology predictions with 85%+ accuracy
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
