Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze disruptive technologies (quantum AI, biotech fusion, climate engineering) through 2026-2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients navigating post-2025 digital transformation
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 companies on future-proofing operations
- Produce white papers and trend reports published in MIT Tech Review and Future Journal
- Advise C-suite executives on ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and policy experts
- Represent the company at Davos, SXSW, and global innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies (quantum, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi methods, scenario software)
- Experience with UN Sustainable Development Goals and ESG frameworks
- Track record advising Fortune 500 clients on digital transformation
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Portfolio of trend forecasts with 85%+ accuracy rate
