Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop strategic scenarios and innovation roadmaps for AI integration, quantum applications, and next-gen biotech
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for anticipated market disruptions
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive threats and breakthrough opportunities
- Represent InnovateHorizons at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist experts and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology applications
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
