Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps for multi-year business transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and strategic priorities
- Quantify market opportunities and risks through data-driven forecasting and scenario modeling
- Author thought leadership publications and presentations on future-focused business strategy
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable product development plans
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological indicators to refine strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience developing strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused strategic initiatives delivered to market
