- Drive stakeholder alignment between technical teams and business objectives
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term impact beyond traditional project metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in project management with 5+ years in tech/futurism or innovation roles
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-year initiatives with $5M+ budgets
- Deep expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid methodologies
- Advanced certification (PMP, CSM) or equivalent strategic foresight credentials
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Strong proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Experience with AI/ML implementation and emerging tech assessment frameworks
