- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for experimental initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic innovation roles with Fortune 500 tech companies
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on technology forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning and Delphi methodology
- Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing fundamentals
- Proven track record of launching 3+ market-defining technologies
- Active member of World Future Society or equivalent futurist networks
- Fluency in Mandarin and Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
