Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic technologies
- Analyze emerging trends in quantum computing, AI, and biotechnology
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio with $15M+ annual R&D budget
- Drive adoption of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing and AI/ML systems
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and lean startup principles
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
