Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology paradigms
- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating quantum, biotech, and AI convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on future disruptions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership on emerging tech ethics and governance
- Coordinate with global innovation networks to identify partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or technology foresight
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven experience developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Strong network with futurist communities (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioners)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/ASF or Foresight Graduate)
