Responsibilities

- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof products and services
- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate strategy and risk mitigation
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Identify strategic partnerships and investment opportunities in emerging ecosystems
- Champion a culture of innovation through internal thought leadership and mentorship
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
