Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends (2025-2027) across technology, society, and markets to inform strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing adoption and ethical AI governance
- Lead innovation workshops with R&D and product teams to commercialize futuristic concepts
- Build predictive models for industry disruption and competitive response strategies
- Present trend forecasts to investors and board members with data-driven storytelling
- Partner with academic institutions to establish thought leadership in future studies
- Monitor geopolitical shifts affecting tech policy and global supply chains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
