Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map global technological, societal, and economic shifts through proprietary foresight methodologies
- Develop and implement the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning with C-suite strategic priorities
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Labs' to prototype and validate next-gen concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Deliver executive briefings on disruption scenarios and opportunity landscapes
- Champion a culture of radical experimentation and calculated risk-taking
- Author quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports for investor and stakeholder audiences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent with 5+ years applied foresight experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prediction of at least 3 major market shifts (2018-2023)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies: quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable narratives
- Proven experience advising C-suite executives on transformational strategy
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures or innovation journals
