Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Architect cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D and product teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of external futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track impact through advanced analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, Web3, and biotechnology
