- Establish innovation KPIs and frameworks for measuring future-readiness across organizational functions
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology trends and societal impacts
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile futurism methodologies and exponential thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting and scenario planning frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts into market-ready products
