Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead moonshot projects in human augmentation and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends for 2026-2030
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford labs on next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate-positive technology
- Mentor junior futurists in ethical tech deployment methodologies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and global innovation councils
Qualifications
- Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Published research on emerging tech implications (IEEE/MIT preferred)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools and scenario planning frameworks
- Experience with quantum computing or synthetic biology workflows
- Portfolio of 3+ future-tech prototypes or patents
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks
