- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into roadmaps
- Present strategic visions to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Curate an internal 'Future Intelligence' network across global R&D centers
- Author thought leadership on societal impacts of 2026 technological inflection points
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing long-term innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and sustainable technology design
