- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate cutting-edge startups
- Design blueprints for sustainable tech ecosystems addressing 2030 global challenges
- Present foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and strategic adoption
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proof methodologies and agile innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology leadership
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 firms
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AGI, neurotech, climate AI, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools and quantitative trend analysis
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., SWOT, STEEPLE, Delphi)
