Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technological foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-viable innovations (quantum interfaces, neural symbiosis, climate-tech)
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and DARPA initiatives
- Translate complex emerging tech into actionable business roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Author seminal thought leadership on human-machine evolution and ethical tech governance
- Curate annual 'Horizon 2026' symposium convening global tech pioneers
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 10+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record launching at least two paradigm-shifting technologies (e.g., quantum applications, AGI frameworks)
- Mastery of horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, weak signal detection)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: synthetic biology, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex futures to C-suite and technical audiences
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or tech innovation forums
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 technology predictions with >80% accuracy
