Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and strategists to prototype future-ready solutions
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and socio-economic impacts to inform strategic direction
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups to accelerate R&D timelines
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Drive organizational culture transformation to embed futuristic thinking across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press preferred)
- Certification in Futures Research Methodology or equivalent
