Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technological foresight framework using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional pods in prototyping quantum computing applications
- Forge strategic partnerships with DARPA and international research consortia
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Manage $15M+ annual R&D budget allocation for emerging tech incubation
- Curate annual 'FutureTech Summit' featuring Nobel laureate speakers
- Oversee patent portfolio expansion targeting 50+ new filings annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir)
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains
- Security clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI
- Proven track record of commercializing moonshot technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred
