Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Fluency in systems modeling tools (STELLA, AnyLogic)
- Expertise in UN SDGs and IPCC climate models
- Portfolio of implemented future-back strategies
- Certification in Advanced Scenario Planning (WFS)
- Experience with neuro-symbolic AI integration
