Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps with 5-year strategic foresight
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum-AI convergence
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire emerging startups
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Present technology briefings to C-suite and government innovation councils
- Manage $50M+ R&D portfolio allocation for 2026 product launches
- Author thought leadership on post-silicon computing paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in future-tech planning
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI and quantum systems
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Security clearance for classified innovation projects
