- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget and vendor ecosystem
- Present quarterly technology briefings to the executive board
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Foster a culture of experimentation within the innovation lab
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience scaling high-growth tech teams (50+ members)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
