Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI integration and quantum applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for autonomous systems and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neuromorphic computing) and translate into actionable business strategies
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech accelerators
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation-first culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or emerging tech frameworks
- Track record of launching at least three industry-defining innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology Review
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Experience scaling tech solutions in regulated industries (healthcare/finance)
