Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and emerging innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling AI, quantum computing, and biotech integrations
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Develop commercialization strategies for experimental technologies reaching maturity in 2025-2026
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research organizations
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year horizons
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into narratives
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong network in tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, startups)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
