Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging trends.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate futuristic technologies.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the current tech stack and propose innovative solutions for future-proofing.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in Quantum AI and Web3 infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience designing systems for high-scale applications (e.g., fintech, healthcare, or aerospace).
- Deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning pipelines, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or a strong willingness to learn and apply them.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
