Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop evidence-based strategic scenarios for quantum adoption, climate-tech breakthroughs, and AI governance frameworks
- Coordinate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with 5-year market projections
- Present foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Author quarterly foresight briefings and annual strategic roadmaps for C-suite approval
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused corporate strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, climate tech, and AI policy landscapes
- Published thought leadership in futures journals or industry whitepapers
