Responsibilities
- Design and execute digital transformation roadmaps targeting 2026 technology adoption
- Lead enterprise-wide modernization initiatives including cloud migration and automation
- Develop predictive analytics models for future market trends and customer behavior
- Oversee implementation of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, metaverse solutions)
- Champion innovation through hackathons and R&D partnerships
- Create governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies and agile transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital transformation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Strong background in enterprise architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and digital transformation frameworks
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Portfolio of successful digital transformation projects
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations
