Qualifications

- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience with multi-stakeholder consensus-building in tech ecosystems
- Published work on algorithmic bias or explainable AI methodologies
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, EU AI Academy preferred)
