Responsibilities

- Present findings at global tech ethics summits and publish in peer-reviewed journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI research experience
- Published work on algorithmic bias or explainable AI in top-tier journals
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in Python/R for ethical AI tool development
- Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams including philosophers, engineers, and policymakers
- Track record of securing federal or industry research grants
