Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for deep learning and neural networks
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging quantum computing regulations
- Strong background in participatory design methods for stakeholder engagement
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or AI safety (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Certification in AI ethics from recognized institutions (e.g., IEEE, OECD)
