Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers on various route configurations.
- Execute pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure 100% vehicle compliance and safety standards.
- Load and secure cargo according to weight distribution and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate Electronic Logging Device (ELD) records and delivery documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding traffic conditions and delivery schedules.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by handling cargo with care and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B (State Issued).
- Must possess a clean driving record with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor duties.
- Current DOT Medical Card is mandatory.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to FMCSA regulations.
