Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks to transport goods across the Denver metropolitan area
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Inspect vehicles for safety compliance before and after routes
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Maintain clean driving record and follow all DOT regulations
- Handle specialized freight requiring temperature control or hazardous materials endorsement
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with occasional holidays
- Knowledge of Denver metro area roadways and traffic patterns
- Pass background check and drug screening
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred but not required
