Responsibilities
- Perform safe and timely delivery of packages and documents to residential and commercial addresses.
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery vehicles using proper equipment.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures where required.
- Report any vehicle issues or delivery discrepancies immediately to the management team.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle interior.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and digital signing.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from the local facility.
